What payment methods does Golf Cart Farm accept?
Wire transfer, ACH, cashier's check, credit card, and purchase orders. We can invoice against a formal PO for university, government, and institutional buyers. Ask us about net terms. -
Does Golf Cart Farm ship out of state?
Yes. We ship nationwide and internationally - Canada, Bermuda, and Mexico. We're also working on Hawaii and can quote that on request. -
Do I need any documentation?
AZ-based buyers need a sales tax certificate or tax-exemption certificate. Out-of-state buyers generally have no tax requirement. We can provide a W-9 and vendor documentation upon request. -
Can I customize golf carts?
Yes. Cargo boxes and utility builds are our most common custom orders, followed by rear seats. We also do lighting, body kits, and full production-line fleet builds at our AZ Operations Center, up to 250 carts at a time. -
What if a cart arrives damaged?
Notify us within 24 hours. We'll work to make it right - damaged-in-shipping claims require the freight broker to be notified for insurance purposes. We do video call and photo QA before shipping on used carts. -
Can I visit before I buy?
Yes, and we encourage it. Book a tour through the calendar link, we'll show you the facility and current inventory in person. For the right buyer, we'll even help cover your travel.
